35 Howard Street is an 11,000 SF mixed-use building located in SoHo's Cast Iron Extension Landmark District. The property combines loft apartments on the upper floors with ground floor retail, and is the former home of Opening Ceremony. 

Javeri Capital acquired the property on an off-market basis, in tandem with neighboring 33 Howard Street, from a long-term owner who was facing extended vacancy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Future plans include interior and exterior renovations to restore this historic building to its highest and best use.
