33 Howard Street is a 4,900 SF loft building located in SoHo's Cast Iron Extension Landmark District. Located between Broadway and Crosby Street, the property is the former home of Opening Ceremony. 

Javeri Capital acquired the property on an off-market basis, in tandem with neighboring 35 Howard Street, from a long-term owner who was facing extended vacancy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Future plans include interior and exterior renovations to restore this historic building to its highest and best use.
